Matteo Beretta Joins Autorlando Sport

Autorlando Sport announced Friday the first driver for its 2014 racing program, confirming 19-year-old Italian driver Matteo Beretta will join the team this season.

Beretta is set to race one of Orlando Redolfi’s Porsche 911 GT3 R race cars, with an option to continue in 2015. The Italian team is still in talks with other drivers for the remaining seats.

Autorlando Sport will attend the Blancpain GT Series Test Days at Paul Ricard next week, but has not finalized its 2014 program yet.

“The program might be Blancpain Endurance Series plus Blancpain Sprint Series or Blancpain Endurance Series plus International GT Open in Super GT,” said a statement from the team.
