HP TECH Motorsport has announced its entry into the 2026 GT America powered by AWS season, fielding a Ferrari 296 GT3 for Tony Davis.

The longtime Ferrari Challenge entrant, which is based at The Concours Club in Miami, has so far committed at least one Prancing Horse for the single Bronze-rated formula, which will kick off at Sonoma Raceway in March.

“Our entry into GT America for 2026 is the result of careful planning and a shared vision for the future of our program,” said team principal Jorge Herrera.

“We are committed to building a team that is not only competitive, but structured to support driver development in a meaningful way.

“Supporting talent like Tony Davis will continue to be a core focus of what we do.”

The initial entry is understood to be part of a “broader, multi-year plan” for the team that will include climbing the SRO America ladder and “supporting the progression” of drivers through higher levels of GT racing in North America.

Herrera’s team has achieved considerable success in Ferrari single-make racing in recent years.
