Further Balance of Performance adjustments have been made ahead of the start of the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour, with the Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II, Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2 and both generation Porsche 911 GT3 Rs all losing weight.

Released in a stewards’ bulletin late on Saturday, the Audi has been given a 15 kg weight reduction, while the Lamborghini and both the Type-992 and Type-991.2 Porsches have shed 10 kgs.

The Type-992 Porsche effectively returns to the configuration it started the weekend after it was handed a 10 kg weight increase just prior to qualifying, which also saw a 10 kg weight reduction for the BMW M4 GT3.

Sheldon van der Linde stormed to pole in the No. 32 Team WRT BMW, while Matt Campbell was the highest-placed Porsche runner in fourth, ahead of the two Melbourne Performance Centre Audis that made the Top 10 Shootout.

The Bathurst 12 Hour gets underway at 5:45 a.m. local time (Saturday, 1:45 p.m. ET) with live coverage on the Bathurst 12 Hour and SRO GT World YouTube channels.
