The race, a joint effort between SRO Motorsports Group, Super GT promoters GT Association and Mobilityland, will be open to FIA GT3 and GTA-spec GT300 machinery, although only two GT300 cars have so far been confirmed.
Sixteen of the entries come from Japanese teams, including a pair of Honda NSX GT3s that are set to be fielded by Carguy Racing and Modulo Drago Corse.
KCMG have entered a pair of 2018-spec Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3s, with two Taiwanese teams, FIST Team AAI and HubAuto Racing, also represented.
Among the early European-based entries are full-season IGTC competitors Manthey Racing (Porsche), Strakka Racing (Mercedes-AMG) as well as Callaway Competition with a Corvette C7 GT3-R.
Additional entries are expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks for the Aug. 24-26 race.
