Esses Racing will return to Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS for a partial season effort with its Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo, featuring a revised driver lineup at selected races.

The Austin-based operation, which made its series debut last year, will take part in the events at Sonoma Raceway, Circuit of The Americas, Virginia International Raceway and Road America.

Former Porsche Carrera Cup North America Pro-Am class champion Alan Metni will join Will Hardeman for all the rounds except for Sonoma, with Adam Carroll rejoining the team for the season-opener next month.

“Being back for a second year in SRO is great for Esses and the No. 19 team,” said Esses general manager Dave O’Neill.

“We did a lot of work during the offseason in preparation for the 2024 championship and we are ready to get after it on track.”
