With just over 100 days until the first race weekend of the 2015 Pirelli World Challenge season at the Circuit of The Americas, March 6-8, 2015, WC Vision has opened entry registration.
This is the earliest in Pirelli World Challenge series history that WC Vision has opened registration to allow ample time for both new and returning teams and drivers to register for the upcoming season.
“2015 is setting up to be another exciting season for Pirelli World Challenge with the series moving to run separate races for GT and GTS classes, the establishment of the new GT Cup class, growth in entries coming off of the 2014 25th anniversary season, and a continued series involvement in IndyCar weekend events as well as five PWC headliner events opening at Circuit of The Americas and closing at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca,” said Greg Gill, WC Vision’s Vice President General Manager.
“With the continued growth of the series, and with maximum car count levels set for the St. Petersburg, Long Beach and Detroit races, we wanted to ensure we were meeting the needs of our teams and drivers by opening up registration early,” added Gill.
