Harmony Racing Expands to Third Ferrari Entry

Ferrari outfit Harmony Racing has announced it will field three cars in this year’s GT World Challenge Asia powered by AWS, including a new Pro-Am entry.

The Chinese squad will field a trio of Ferrari 296 GT3 Evos in the six-round campaign that kicks off at Sepang in Malaysia on April 4-5, and will also continue to contest the Silver-Am and Silver divisions as well as the top Pro-Am category.

It follows the team dipping its toe into Pro-Am in the final two rounds of the 2025 season at Okayama and Beijing when factory Ferrari racer Yifei Ye joined the team.

Sharing the No. 95 Pro-Am car that sports a special Toy Story-themed livery (pictured top) will be Song Jiajun, who takes on a full season after a one-off outing for the team partnering Ye at Okayama, and GTWC Australia regular Brendon Leitch.

The pair shared a car in Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia last year, placing sixth in Pro-Am.

“I’m very excited to be joining Harmony Racing and Song Jaijun for the season in Asia,” said Leitch. “A massive thank you to JJ [Song] for having me along for the ride.

“JJ and I had a great season last year in Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia and this is the logical step for us together. Plus, I can’t wait to get my hands on the Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo.

“I feel like I’ve driven just about every GT3 car under the sun now, but I haven’t ticked off the Ferrari box yet. That’s exciting, and the car’s pedigree speaks for itself.”

Harmony’s Silver class-entered No. 96 car will be shared by Deng Yi and newcomer Liu Kaishun, who won last year’s Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia Pro-am title.

Meanwhile. Adderly Fong and his regular co-driver ‘JZ’ (Sun Jingzu) move across from Phantom Global Racing to pilot the No. 13 Ferrari in Silver-Am.

“I am thrilled to be able to partner up again with my friend JZ in GT World Asia 2026,” said Fong. “This marks a new chapter in my career as I get the opportunity to try a Ferrari 296 GT3 with 33R Harmony Racing.

“Having tried the car a few times, I think I am starting to understand it more. Lap times in pre-season testing have been looking promising. I will try my best to convert that into race results.”
