Barwell Motorsport has confirmed the lineup of one of the Lamborghini Huracan GT3s it will campaign in the 2016 Blancpain Endurance Cup.
Mark Poole, Richard Abra and Joe Osborne will race the Italian GT3 in the Pro-Am Cup, the trio previously teamed up in an Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 back in 2014.
The JCAM/MP Motorsport-backed Lamborghini Huracan will be carrying out an extensive pre-season testing program, kicking off with a Spanish tour of Barcelona and Valencia in February before taking in the Official Blancpain test at Paul Ricard and then on to Monza in March.
“We are delighted to have Mark, Richard and Joe back on board for a full season assault on Pro-Am,” said Barwell Motorsport Team Principal Mark Lemmer.
“The support we have from Lamborghini Squadra Corse has allowed us to put together a really serious test program, and with this talented driver line-up we aim to challenge for podiums from round one at Monza.”
Barwell Motorsport will announce the details of their second Blancpain Endurance Cup entry shortly.
