With only days until the season opener, two more teams have confirmed plans to compete in the Blancpain Endurance Series’ second round at Silverstone.

At the British GT Championship Media Day British-based Generation Bentley Racing announced it will enter its Bentley Continental GT3 in round two of the series.

2012 British GT4 Champion Jody Fannin will join Generation Bentley Racing’s regular drivers Steve Tandy and James Appleby at Silverstone next month.

“It doesn’t get much better than racing a Bentley with its steeped racing heritage at Silverstone – the home of British Motorsport,” said Fannin.

“I’m really looking forward to joining Generation Bentley Racing, and hopefully this will lead to more outings this season.”

Beechdean Aston Martin Racing, the 2013 Total 24 Hours of Spa polesitter, will also compete in two rounds of the 2014 Blancpain Endurance Series, namely Silverstone and Spa.

22-year-old Porsche Carrera Cup GB driver Daniel Lloyd will join reigning British GT champion and team principal Andrew Howard and Aston Martin Racing factory drivers Stefan Mücke and Jonny Adam in the Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 at Spa-Francorchamps.

Beechdean AMR is yet to announce details of its lineup for the Silverstone round.
