***The Sainteloc Racing Audi R8 LMS ultra has arrived at Silverstone with a slightly different livery (see above). Stephane Ortelli, Greg Guilvert and Edward Sandstrom took the car to a second place finish in last month’s Blancpain Endurance Series season-opening round at Monza.

***The Bonaldi Racing Lamborghini Gallardo in the Blancpain Super Trofeo Series is carrying a #SupportSerbia sticker on its mirror, following the devastating floods in the country that has yet to get much international media attention. To support Serbia, visit: http://floodrelief.gov.rs

***There’s been a driver change in the No. 111 Kessel Racing Ferrari this weekend, with the arrival of Markus Mahy to partner Freddy Kremer and American Stephen Earle. The New Zealander took part in the Bathurst 12 Hour earlier this year. Mahy will also be with the Ronnie Kessel-led team for the TOTAL 24 Hours of Spa.

***Mark Shulzhiskiy is absent from Nissan GT Academy Team RJN, but there’s another Russian driver that will take his place. 2013 Nissan GT Academy Russia winner Stanislas Aksenov will pilot the No. 35 Nismo GT3 entry alongside Miguel Faisca and Katsumasa Chiyo.

***As was the case in Monza, the two AF Racing International Lamborghini Gallardos are absent from Silverstone. The Belgian team is apparently working to be on the grid for the next round at Paul Ricard.

***Pro GT by Almeras is likely to field a second Porsche 911 GT3-R for the Paul Ricard and Nurburgring rounds later this year.
