***The No. 5 Phoenix Racing Audi R8 LMS that was set to take part in the Pro Cup has disappeared, as well as the third Grasser Racing Team Lamborghini Huracán GT3 (Am Cup) and No. 41 Classic & Modern Racing Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 (Pro-Am).
***This loss was compensated by the arrival of three additional entries. As was the case in the Sprint Cup ISR has added a second Audi R8 LMS, with Henry Hassid, Franck Perera and a third to be confirmed driver set to take the wheel in Pro-Am.
***Scuderia Praha will debut its new Ferrari 488 GT3 at Monza (Pro-Am) and Antonelli Motorsport will bring the total number of Lamborghini Huracáns up to ten.
***The lineups on both HTP Motorsport Mercedes-AMG GT3s were confirmed. Jazeman Jaafar will join Blancpain Sprint teammates Maxi Buhk and Dominik Baumann in the No. 84 entry, while Clemens Schmid, Indy Dontje and 2012 F2 champion Luciano Bacheta share the No. 85 Mercedes-AMG GT3.
***Audi DTM racer Nico Müller is the third driver on the No. 28 Belgian Audi Club Team WRT Audi R8 LMS. He will team up with Will Stevens and René Rast in the Pro Cup.
***The No. 100 Attempto Racing Lamborghini Huracán GT3 of Jeroen Mul, Max Van Splunteren and Louis Machiels was bumped down from the Pro Cup to the Pro-Am Cup, which means 26 cars are still entered in the top class.
***Matteo Beretta, Andrea Amici and Stefano Costantini will form a 100 percent Italian lineup in the No. 10 Ombra Racing Lamborghini Huracán GT3. The car will compete in the Pro-Am Cup.
