The Hankook 24 Hours of Dubai has been slowed again following a fire from the No. 7 HB Racing Lamborghini Huracan GT3 of Andrea Amici.

Amici bailed from the car unhurt, when a fire erupted from the engine compartment of the V10-powered GT3 contender in the second hour, after a suspected left-rear tire failure.

It’s marked the second Code 60 of the race.

The No. 12 Manthey Racing Porsche 911 GT3 R of Sven Mueller is out front, in a Porsche 1-2, with the No. 911 Herberth Motorsport entry running second.

Mueller had been on a split strategy to the leaders, after pitting during the first Code 60 period for fuel-only.
