Following its inaugural weekend at Mid-Ohio two weeks ago, Mustang Challenge is back in action this weekend at Watkins Glen International, with an increased field of 28 cars.

The IMSA-sanctioned series will be supporting the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen for the first time after running alongside the four-hour Michelin Pilot Challenge round at Mid-Ohio.

Robert Noaker, who took the first-ever win in the one-make series, holds a 60-point lead over Robert Noaker Racing teammate Tyler Maxson, who came out on top in Race 2 of the weekend.

A total of 14 drivers are entered in the top Dark Horse class, with 11 entries in the Dark Horse Legends category that’s led b Mike Stillwagon.

Stillwagon has a narrow 10-point lead over Zachry Lee in the standings heading into the pair of 45-minute races at The Glen.

Track action for Mustang Challenge kicks off with a pair of practice sessions on Thursday, followed by qualifying and the first race of the weekend on Friday afternoon at 3:15 p.m. EDT.

Race 2 gets underway Saturday at 8:05 a.m. EDT with both races streamed live on Peacock, IMSA.tv and Ford Performance’s YouTube channel.
