AWA to Run Canadian Red Livery on Corvette at CTMP

AWA will run its patriotic red livery on its Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R in this weekend’s Chevrolet Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.

The Canadian squad, which made its 24 Hours of Le Mans debut last month with the Maple Leaf-inspired design, is set to carry over the colors into Sunday’s lone IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship trip North of the Border.

Drivers Orey Fidani and Matt Bell currently sit eighth in the GTD class points standings, although Bronze-rated Fidani is tied for the lead of the Bob Akin Bronze Cup championship with Inception Racing’s Brendan Iribe.

The end-of-season winner of that award will receive an automatic invite to the 2026 edition of the French endurance classic, which Fidani earned last year.
