HAAS RT will return to the Gulf 12 Hours with a two-car Audi effort, which will include a new partnership with Into Africa Racing.

Last year, the Antiguan-flagged, Belgian-based outfit finished on the Am-class podium and will now field a pair of Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo IIs, one in Pro and one in Pro-Am.

Its Pro entry will be run under the Into Africa Racing by HAAS RT, as part of a new partnership with the South African operation.

2024 European Le Mans Series LMGT3 champion Axcil Jefferies spearheads the lineup, joined by Xolile Letlaka and Stuart White.

Jefferies and Letlaka were co-drivers last year aboard a Dragon Racing-run Ferrari that was also entered under the Into Africa banner, while White joined them for September’s Michelin 24H Barcelona and has previously raced for the likes of Emil Frey Racing and CMR in GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS.

The lineup for the team’s second car is entirely comprised of team regulars, with one-time 24 Hours of Le Mans LMP2 racer Steven Palette joined by Simon Balcaen and Peter Guelinckx.

Palette and Balcaen drove for HAAS RT in this year’s CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa, while Guelinckx notably took a class victory with the team in the Michelin 24H Barcelona.

HAAS RT is set to be the only squad to represent Audi in this year’s edition of the Gulf 12H. The Ingolstadt marque took its second victory in the event last year with Sainteloc Racing, which is not expected to return.
