TWOth Autosport has rebranded to Shopify Racing powered by TWOth for its dual-series IMSA program this year, it has been announced.

The Canadian outfit will contest both IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge and VP Racing SportsCar Challenge, notably becoming one of the first teams to run the latest-generation Ligier JS P325 Toyota in IMSA-sanctioned competition.

The No. 2 Ligier, which will contest both the sprint and endurance portions of VP Challenge, has a yet-to-be-announced driver lineup ahead of next weekend’s pair of sprint season opening races at Daytona International Speedway.

In Pilot Challenge, the father-daughter pairing of Ron and Megan Tomlinson will step up to GS class competition at the wheel of the No. 22 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, with a third driver to be announced for the four-hour BMW M Endurance Challenge.

Shopify co-founder and CEO Tobi Lutke began his prototype career with TWOth Autosport in IMSA HSR Prototype Challenge competition and is now set for his second season in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship LMP2 ranks, switching teams to TDS Racing.

“Working with Tobi for the better part of a decade, it’s exciting to see his progression and this next evolution as we work together to build a greater presence in IMSA,” said TWOth Autosport team principal Travis Hill.

“The opportunity to compete in both VPRSC and IMPC allows us to support Tobi’s LMP2 efforts in WeatherTech, continue to enable Canadian drivers as they progress in international sport scar racing, and proudly display the Shopify colors in all three pinnacle IMSA championships.”
