Team BRM has become a last-minute addition to the Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour entry list, with the team’s GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS race-winning Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II set to line up on the grid.
Mark Rosser and Alex Peroni will be joined by GTWC Australia regular Steve Brooks and Bathurst 1000 podium finisher James Golding, in a car that has been entered in the Pro-Am class.
It will mark the team’s second Bathurst 12 Hour start, having made its race debut in the re-scheduled 2022 edition that featured Pro-Am lineups racing for the overall win.
The entry list for next month’s Intercontinental GT Challenge season opener now stands at 35 cars, with the BRM entry effectively replacing one of Melbourne Performance Centre’s Audis, which has been recently withdrawn.
Craft-Bamboo Racing’s Pro-Am class Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo also dropped off the list earlier this month.
A full entry list with driver lineups will be released next week.
