The debut of FCP Euro’s Mercedes-AMG GT4 and a second Riley Motorsports-entered Toyota GR Supra GT4 are among the additions to the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge grid for next weekend’s round at Mid-Ohio.

A total of 36 cars are entered for the third round of the Pilot Challenge season, featuring an increased GS class and an unchanged field of TCR machinery.

As previously announced, FCP Euro will be making its IMSA debut with Nate Vincent and Michael Hurczyn as drivers of its Mercedes which is slated to complete the reminder of the season.

The GS grid also sees the addition of a second Toyota for drivers Scott Andrews and Anton Dias Perera following the car’s North American debut in January’s season-opener at Daytona.

The No. 21 Toyota joins the team’s full-season Toyota Gazoo Racing Latin America-backed entry of Alfredo Najri and Javier Quiros.

Other additions for Mid-Ohio include the return of the No. 57 Winward Racing Mercedes for Bryce Ward and Alec Udell, as well as a new Ford Mustang GT4 entry from American Wheelman, with to-be-announced drivers.

The No. 93 CarBahn with Peregrine Racing Audi R8 LMS GT4, meanwhile, sees Mark Siegel rejoin Tom Dyer behind the wheel in its planned rotation of drivers.

Another driver change comes in the No. 16 Wright Motorsports Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport, which will see Ryan Hardwick make his series debut alongside Jan Heylen.

Hardwick is making his return to racing in both Pilot Challenge and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship after sustaining a concussion in an accident at Daytona in January.

Despite growing by one entry since Sebring, several GS teams are absent from the grid including Automatic Racing (Aston Martin Vantage GT4), Stephen Cameron Racing (BMW M4 GT4) and LAP Motorsports (Mercedes).

The 15-car TCR class remains largely unchanged except for Scott Smithson replacing Greg Strelzoff in the No. 94 Atlanta Speedwerks Honda Civic Type-R TCR alongside Ryan Eversley.

Track action kicks off on Friday, May 14 with practice and qualifying ahead of the Mid-Ohio 120 on Saturday at 3:35 p.m. ET.
