Lazare Tops Second Practice at Road Atlanta

Jesse Lazare set the quickest time in the second IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge practice session of the weekend at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

The Motorsports In Action driver took his No. 69 McLaren Artura GT4 to a best lap of 1:25.962 to edge out the No. 71 Rebel Rock Racing Chevrolet Camaro GT4.R of Robin Liddell by 0.157 seconds.

Spencer Pumpelly was third quickest in the No. 83 BGB Motorsports Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, followed by Daniel Morad and Scott Andrews, who completed the top-five overall and in the GS class.

TCR was paced by the No. 98 Bryan Herta Autosport Hyundai Elantra N TCR of Mark Wilkins, who led a Hyundai sweep of the top three positions.

Qualifying is set to get underway Friday at 8:30 a.m. EDT ahead of the Fox Factory 120 at 12:25 p.m., which will be streamed live on Peacock.
