The TCR class championship-leading No. 94 Atlanta Speedwerks Honda Civic Type-R TCR as well as the No. 27 Copeland Motorsports Hyundai Veloster N TCR have been moved to the rear of the finishing order in Friday’s Sahlen’s 120 at Watkins Glen.

The Ryan Eversley and Scott Smithson-driven Honda initially finished second in class as part of a 1-2 finish for the team.

Both the Nos. 94 and 27 TCR entries were found to not have met the minimum weight in post-race technical inspection.

It has promoted the No. 61 Road Shagger Racing Audi RS 3 LMS TCR to a runner-up finish in class, with Taylor Hagler and Michael Lewis inheriting third place in the No. 77 Bryan Herta Autosport Hyundai Veloster N TCR.

The No. 27 Copeland Hyundai of Tyler Maxson and Tyler Gonzalez initially crossed the line fourth in class.

Updated points have yet to be released from IMSA following the post-race penalties.
