The entry list for the Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen has been released on Wednesday, with a handful of extra entries added for the third round of the Tequila Patron North American Endurance Cup season.

While there are 36 cars listed between the four classes, and a handful of third drivers added, there are still a number of TBAs and other question marks about potential entries.

ENTRY LIST: Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen

The Prototype class field swells back to 10. The second Mazda and DeltaWing coupe are set to return after missing Detroit, while the Starworks Motorsport Riley-Dinan BMW Daytona Prototype is set to return for the first time since Daytona, with drivers TBA.

In Prototype Challenge, BAR1 Motorsports is back after missing Detroit with one car, with drivers TBA, to bring the field back to seven cars. Of note, Mike Hedlund is listed alongside Renger van der Zande at Starworks Motorsport instead of the team’s regular driver Mirco Schultis.

The GT Le Mans grid returns the fold after missing Detroit, albeit with the same eight full-season entries and no additional cars.

Neither of the factory Porsche 911 RSR lineups are listed, but both Le Mans winners Nick Tandy and Earl Bamber will return after missing the most recent round in Monterey due to their LMP1 commitments at Spa.

In GT Daytona, Kuno Wittmer will fill in for James Davison in the No. 007 TRG-AMR Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 while the Australian is on assignment at the World Challenge weekend in Road America.

The second Riley Motorsports Dodge Viper GT3-R returns, featuring Patron Endurance Cup class points leaders Cameron Lawrence and Al Carter along with Marc Goossens, who confirmed to Sportscar365 in Le Mans he’d be back.

As of now, Karl Thomson’s Compass360 Racing team is not listed with its No. 76 Audi R8 LMS, which had a high probability of making its debut at Watkins Glen after announcing the program in Monterey. Pierre Kleinubing and Ray Mason will be behind the wheel when the team does make its first start of the season.

There are several notable absences, primarily Tequila Patron ESM which had already announced it would not participate in the remainder of the Patron Endurance Cup, and also Patrick Dempsey, who is not listed as third driver in the No. 58 Wright Motorsports Porsche 911 GT America alongside Jan Heylen and Madison Snow.

The race is also devoid of several of the IndyCar drivers who raced at Daytona and Sebring, as they will be in action at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif. that weekend.
