The same 54 cars that were entered for the Roar Before the Rolex 24 are also entered for this year’s Rolex 24 at Daytona, IMSA confirmed Wednesday.
The only change in cars is that Risi Competizione, with its new Ferrari 488 GTE that’s due to arrive in the U.S. early next week from Italy, will be present after missing the Roar while the car completed its build at Michelotto.
ENTRY LIST: Rolex 24 at Daytona
Otherwise the field is set as it was for the Roar, with 13 Prototypes, 8 Prototype Challenge, 11 GT Le Mans and 22 GT Daytona entries set to take part in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season opener.
A handful of TBA spots remain on the entry list, but for the most part, most teams have confirmed their lineups for the race.
BAR1 Motorsports lists two TBAs in its No. 20 Oreca FLM09 alongside Tomy Drissi, Johnny Mowlem and Marc Drumwright, while Ryan Eversley and Ryan Lewis are listed in the No. 26 car with Adam Merzon, Don Yount and John Falb.
The second Konrad Motorsport Lamborghini Huracán GT3, the No. 21 car, also has several TBAs listed.
Sergio Perez, again, is listed on the No. 007 TRG-AMR Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 but it remains to be seen whether the Mexican Formula 1 ace, expected to be in attendance at Daytona, will actually drive.
