Anders Fjordbach and Kerong Li have been confirmed as season-long co-drivers for MDK Motorsports’ entry into the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD class next year.

Fjordbach, the team principal of High Class Racing, will be making the move to the production-based ranks after two seasons in LMP2 competition, after having partnered with the Mark Kvamme-owned MDK outfit for 2024.

The Dane will be joined by Chinese driver Kerong Li, who took part in this year’s Rolex 24 at Daytona in NTE Sport’s Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2 and also has previous IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge experience.

They will pilot MDK’s Porsche 911 GT3 R, which moves from Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS competition this year.

The team’s final two drivers for the Michelin Endurance Cup and Rolex 24 have yet to be announced, although the entry list for the WeatherTech Championship season opener is due out later today.
