Virtual Road America and Virginia International Raceway have been added to the IMSA iRacing Pro Series schedule, completing the six-round invitational esports series featuring real-life IMSA drivers.

Confirmed by IMSA President John Doonan on Thursday, the two world-class circuits will be the virtual venues for races on May 14 (Road America) and May 28 (VIR), which had previously been to-be-announced circuits.

Road America and VIR join Mid-Ohio, Watkins Glen International, the inaugural event at Sebring International Raceway and tonight’s second round of the season at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca on the calendar.

Doonan also confirmed Thursday that the series will utilize IMSA’s standard points system for the championship, with the worst result thrown out.

Tonight’s race at Laguna Seca, featuring a capacity grid of 50 GLM cars, gets underway today at 6 p.m. ET.

2020 IMSA iRacing Pro Series Schedule:
March 21 – IMSA Sebring SuperSaturday
April 16 – WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca
April 30 – Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course
May 14 – Road America
May 28 – Virginia International Raceway
June 11 – Watkins Glen International
