After nearly a two-month break since Watkins Glen International, the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo North America returns to action at Virginia International Raceway with a record field and a heavy weekend of on-track competition.
The Lamborghini ST field increases to 24 cars for the three-race event at VIR, which sees the canceled second race at Watkins Glen added to the weekend schedule.

There’s a handful of notable changes and additions to the entry list.

GMG Racing is set to make its first start this season as well, with team principal James Sofronas and Jeffrey Chang listed to share the No. 88 Lamborghini Huracán LP 620-2.
O’Gara Motorsport has its drivers rotating into different numbered cars. Brian Wong and team principal Tom O’Gara move from the No. 14 to the No. 69 Lamborghini Huracán LP 620-2, while Edoardo Piscopo is listed alongside fellow Pro Richard Antinucci in the team’s No. 50 Huracán.
Change Racing adds a third car, an Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 for Jake Rattenbury representing Lamborghini Carolinas, and the STR team has Alessandro Bressan and Earl Everall listed in another Gallardo.
