Porsche squad Huber Motorsport will participate in the final two rounds of the Asian Le Mans Series season in Abu Dhabi this weekend.

Fresh from participating in the Hankook 24H Dubai last month, Huber has submitted a late entry for its Porsche 911 GT3 R in the double-header finale at Yas Marina, which comprises two four-hour races on Saturday and Sunday.

Sharing driving duties at the wheel of the No. 18 car will be Stanislav Minsky, Jannes Fittje and Dorian Boccolacci.

German driver Fittje is well known to Huber, having driven for the team in the ADAC GT Masters last year and finishing third in the standings alongside Nico Menzel.

Boccolacci, who ascended the single-seater ladder as high as FIA Formula 2, has raced largely in the Porsche Supercup series in recent years.

Bronze-rated Minsky meanwhile will make his second outing at Yas Marina in as many months following his outing in last month’s Hankook 6H Abu Dhabi, where he finished eighth driving an Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II for HAAS RT.

A final entry list for the 4 Hours of Abu Dhabi is expected to be issued on Wednesday.
