The 34-year-old Dutchman will rejoin the Rudi Penders-owned ProsSpeed Competition squad, which will be providing technical support for the pair of GTE-Am entries.
Maassen has three previous starts in the French endurance classic, including two outings with Luc Alphand Aventures, as well as driving for a Ferrari for JMW Motorsport.
Taiwanese drivers Jun-San CHEN and Han-Chen CHEN have so far been the only other confirmed pilots for the two-car effort, with at least one of the Porsches believed to be a newer model 911 RSR.
The team secured its two entries for its performance in last year’s Asian Le Mans Series.
