The FIA World Endurance Championship’s one-and-only visit to North America will feature a 31-car entry, with the final entry list for this month’s Six Hours of Circuit of The Americas having been released.

ENTRY LIST: 6H Circuit of The Americas

The fifth round of the championship will see a near-identical grid to last month’s outing at the Nurburgring, with the Nissan LMP1 cars again not taking part, and not expected to return to series competition until Shanghai at the very earliest.

In addition to local favorites Tequila Patron ESM, as well as Patrick Dempsey, the U.S. round will see a few changes in driver lineups.

Stefan Muecke is set to miss the race, with only Darren Turner and Jonny Adam listed to drive the No. 97 Aston Martin Vantage V8 in GTE-Pro in Texas.

Earl Bamber, meanwhile, will return to the wheel of the No. 88 Abu Dhabi Proton Racing Porsche 911 RSR for the second consecutive race, again filling in for Klaus Bachler, who along with AMR’s Nicki Thiim, will be on ADAC GT Masters duty in the Netherlands.

While currently not listed on the entry list, Nick Tandy told Sportscar365 that he’s planning to pull double-duty between the KCMG Oreca 05 Nissan and his TUDOR United SportsCar Championship commitments with Porsche North America.

The Six Hours of COTA, which is part of the Lone Star Le Mans weekend, is set for Sept. 17-19.
