    I’m writing this on Friday morning ahead of any suspected pre-race BoP changes in GTE Pro and/or Am, but I’m curious as to whether any of you know the practicalities involved for the teams and the regulators when these changes are implemented during a race meeting.

    I guess adding or subtracting weight is fairly straightforward with ballast being added or removed at strategic points, then the car being weighed. But air restrictor and especially fuel tank sizes sound more complex to alter and police?

    What do you think the chances of manufacturer building a car to the new hypercar regs and then selling them to privateers are?
