All containers from the delayed sea-freight shipment have arrived at Sebring International Raceway ahead of Saturday’s rescheduled start of the Hankook 24H Sebring.
Trucks began arriving at the famed Florida circuit at 7 p.m. ET on Friday with teams’ containers from the ship that had only docked at the Port of Everglades earlier that morning.
It’s understood all of the European freight arrived at the track by 8:45 p.m. local time, with some teams even pushing to make the scheduled night test session that had seen participation primarily from U.S.-based teams only.
An official practice session is scheduled for 9 a.m. this morning followed by qualifying at 11:30 a.m. and the start of the inaugural Hankook 24H Sebring at 5 p.m.
A total of 24 cars are now due to take part in the race. Click Here for the latest entry list.
