Preparations for the third running of the Gulf 12 Hours are underway, with a preliminary entry list having been released for the GT endurance race at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi on December 11-13.

Forty one cars are provisionally entered for the event, which is eligible to GT3, GT4, Porsche Cup and FIA CN2 prototypes and is uniquely split into two six-hour races with a two-hour intermission.
Among the entries are a planned six-car effort from AF Corse, which won the opening two editions, along with cars from Black Falcon, Kessel Racing, ASM Team, Boutsen Ginon Racing, Vita4One Racing, Bartell Racing and United Autosports, and among others in GT3.
While not on the provisional list, the U.S.-based DragonSpeed outfit is expected to also take part with its Audi R8 LMS ultra.
Organizers expect a total of more than 60 cars in the paddock, as the week will also play host to the season-finale of the Maserati Trofeo MC International Series.
