Riley Dickinson posted the quickest time in GT America powered by AWS practice on Thursday, putting the No. 13 Kellymoss Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo on the top of the time sheets.

Dickinson, who has served as Todd Parriott’s season-long co-driver in GT World Challenge America powered by AWS, reeled off a chart-topping 1:23.788 lap time to go quickest in the morning 30-minute session.

It was more than two-tenths clear of Trent Hindman, who is serving as Jon Manship’s driver coach in the No. 216 Wright Motorsports Porsche.

The No. 72 Wright entry, believed to have been driven by Ryan Yardley, was third quickest on the time sheets, despite showing Dave Musial Sr.

Per GT America sporting regulations, driver coaches are permitted to drive for the first ten minutes of Practice 1.

The debuting Maserati MC20 GT2 of Peter Dempsey was fourth quickest in the morning and topped the overall time charts in the afternoon.

Dempsey’s car has remained in the SRO3 class for FIA GT3-spec machinery, despite being a SRO GT2 homologated car.

The GT America field has seen a number of late additions, including an Aston Martin Vantage GT4 for Archangel Motorsports team owner Mike Johnson, who is running in the Invitational class.

Damir Hot is also entered in his No. 25 ACI Motorsports Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport.

It’s unclear how many cars are entered for practice-only or will also compete in the pair of 40-minute single-driver sprint races.

Qualifying is scheduled for Friday at 9:20 a.m. EST with the first race of the weekend scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m. EST, with live coverage on SRO’s GT World YouTube channel.

RESULTS: Practice 1/Practice 2
