Championships in all three Pirelli GT4 America classes will go down to the wire in this weekend’s season-ending pair of races at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

An increased field of 30 cars are set for Rounds 12 and 13 at The Brickyard, which is highlighted by an ultra-close battle for the Silver class drivers’ title.

Victory in the last round at Barber Motorsports Park has seen the Random Vandals Racing duo of Kenton Koch and Kevin Boehm close to within five points of leaders John Capestro-Dubets and Eric Filgueiras of RS1.

AutoTechnic Racing’s Zac Anderson and Colin Garrett hold an outside chance of the Silver class title in third, 39 points behind Capestro-Dubets and Filgueiras.

With a maximum of 50 points up for grabs, it means that all is still to play for in the series’ top class.

The fight for the Pro-Am class championship is more straightforward, with Curt Swearingin and Kay van Berlo enjoying a 30-point advantage over Heart of Racing Team’s Gray Newell and Roman De Angelis, meaning the ACI Motorsports duo could wrap up the title with a class win in Race 1 on Saturday.

The Am class, however, sees the closest title fight of the three categories, with Kris Wilson just three points ahead of Robb Holland and Jaden Lander, and Nick Shanny still holding a chance of the championship, 21 points behind the Random Vandals driver.

Wilson will again be joined at the wheel of the No. 98 BMW M4 GT4 by Michael Kanisczak, who is subbing for team owner/driver Paul Sparta after an accident at Road America that left Sparta with a back injury.

Rotek Racing will double its GT4 America efforts this weekend with newly clinched GT America powered by AWS class champion Isaac Sherman stepping into the team’s second Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport alongside Myles Rowe in the Pro-Am class.

It will be joined by the return of Skip Barber Racing’s Aston Martin Vantage GT4 for Alex and Michael Garcia, as well as Kaia Teo and Nick Longhi in the Orlando Motorsports Services McLaren Artura GT4, also in the Am class.

Terry Borcheller has been called up to replace Alexandra Hanier in the No. 07 Precision Racing LA Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO alongside Ryan Eversley, while JMF Motorsports has brought back its race-winning lineup of Michai Stevens and Jesse Webb in its Mercedes-AMG GT4, which will compete for Silver class honors.

GT4 America track action begins on Thursday with a pair of practice sessions. Qualifying is on tap for Friday, with the two 60-minute races set for Saturday at 8:30 a.m. EDT and Sunday at 10:35 a.m. EDT, both which will be streamed live on SRO’s GT World YouTube channel and on Twitch.
