Audi ended final practice for the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour on the top of the time charts, with the pair of Jamec Pem-run Audi R8 LMS cars leading the way in an incident-filled session.

Christoper Haase reeled off a 2:03.062 late in the running to set the quickest lap of the weekend in the No. 74 Audi.

Haase’s time was nearly four-tenths quicker than the sister No. 22 entry, which was quickest for the majority of the scheduled 40-minute session.

The No. 43 Team Schnitzer BMW M6 GT3 was third quickest, followed by the BMW Team SRM-entered car in fourth.

Two red flags halted the session, which was ultimately extended, the first for a spin by the No. 66 Daytona Sportscars Dodge Viper, and the second for a heavy impact by the No. 94 MARC Cars Australia Marc V8 at Reid Park.

Qualifying is set to begin at 11:05 a.m. local time, followed by the Pirelli Top 10 Shootout at 4 p.m.

RESULTS: Practice 5
