Lamborghini has unveiled the calendar for next year’s Super Trofeo Europe series including five dates supporting Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS.

The 14th season of the single-make championship includes the introduction of the upgraded Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO2 model that was announced in May.

Monza will open the six-round, 12-race season in early April, as part of the bill for the GTWC Europe Endurance Cup opener at the Italian circuit.

The next round takes place at Paul Ricard in early June, followed by Misano one month later.

Misano is hosting this year’s Lamborghini World Finals, while Zandvoort held the round three slot for the 2021 campaign.

Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe will continue to race on the TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa roster, with a pair of races confirmed for the late July event.

The penultimate round is due to take place at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, which marks the final stop on the GTWC Europe Endurance Cup schedule issued last weekend.

This marks a change from the current Super Trofeo calendar, which sees the championship visit the Nürburgring.

Barcelona last hosted Lamborghini’s European-based dedicated series in 2011.

The 2022 Super Trofeo Europe season will conclude at the annual World Finals, with the venue being announced at this year’s Lamborghini headline event next month.
