An all-Pro lineup of Jonny Adam, Come Ledogar and Andrew Watson will lead Garage 59’s Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup assault with the new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 this season.

They will share one of two cars entered for the five-round season, while a second car will run in the Am Cup driven by team owner Alexander West, Aston Martin test driver Chris Goodwin and BBC Top Gear presenter Chris Harris.

The Pro entry sees Aston Martin factory driver Adam join previous Garage 59 drivers Ledogar and Watson, who both competed with the team in McLarens during previous seasons.

Ledogar, along with Rob Bell, took Garage 59 to the 2016 Blancpain GT Endurance Cup title.

The No. 188 entry, meanwhile, will be driven by the same trio that finished runner-up in last year’s Am Cup standings, having scored wins at Silverstone and Paul Ricard.

“I’m pleased with the driver lineups we have secured,” said team principal Andrew Kirkaldy. “We worked with Andrew and Come for many years on the McLaren GT program.

“I’ve always been impressed with them and it is great to welcome Jonny to the team as an Aston Martin works driver who has been involved in the development of the new car.

“The Am squad was a case of getting the band back together so they can go after the title again.

“Pre-season testing has been good. We’re learning the new car and building a new relationship with Aston Martin Racing.

“As a team we still have much to learn and we’re all eager to see how we go at Monza.”

The team is testing at Silverstone today to complete its pre-season running ahead of the first Blancpain GT round at Monza on April 14.
