Bentley Motorsport has launched a young driver program that will give three drivers a drive with Team Parker Racing in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup next year.

The Bentley Motorsport Academy will include tuition in a number of areas for the three initial members, including physical and mental training, media and PR skills and driver development.

Three successful drivers will be chosen out of a field of eight after final tests at Portimao on Dec. 11-13, and will be publicly announced at the Autosport International show in January.

In addition to their training program between January and October, the three drivers will share a Team Parker customer Bentley Continental GT3 at the five GT World Challenge Europe Endurance races next year.

“The program will focus on driver progression, with a clear link where they can race with Bentley,” commented Bentley’s motorsport director Paul Williams.

“The Bentley Motorsport Academy will be a training ground for developing new and exciting GT racing talent as the next generation of Bentley Boys.”

Team Parker ran a single Bentley in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup this year, headed by customer Derek Pierce, with Seb Morris and Andy Meyrick among his co-drivers over the course of the season.
