Nicolas Leutwiler has won the 2023 Porsche Cup for best amateur driver in his category.

Announced during Saturday’s Porsche “Night of Champions” in Weissach, the 63-year-old Swiss gentleman driver earned 17,312 points over the course of his busy campaign that included the Asian Le Mans Series, Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS and GT4 European Series, all in Porsche machinery.

Robert Renauer, with 13,758 points, finished second in the Porsche Cup classification, with last year’s winner Ralf Bohn (12,633 points) in third.

As a prize, Leutwiler receives a road-legal Porsche of his choice worth up to 150,000 Euros.

This time-honored trophy is based on the idea of Ferry Porsche and has been presented annually to successful amateur drivers since 1970.
