Rutronik Racing will continue its presence in Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS with a two-car effort next year, the team has announced.
The German squad, led by former two-time American Le Mans Series champion Klaus Graf, this past season competed in both Endurance and Sprint Cup.
Its Pro effort, spearheaded by Julien Andlauer, Patric Niederhauser and Sven Mueller, recorded a best finish of fifth overall in the enduros and scored pole position at the Nürburgring.
Additionally, Niederhauser and Mueller picked up Porsche’s first-ever Sprint Cup win at the Barcelona finale, while its Bronze Cup effort captured the overall title as well.
On Monday, the team confirmed that it will again field a Pro entry in both championships with drivers to be announced at a later date.
Additionally, details about a second, customer-driven entry also remain to be confirmed.
‘We are very pleased about the continuation of the GT World Challenge Europe programme in the Endurance Cup and the Sprint Cup together with Porsche Motorsport,” said Graf.
“We would like to thank Porsche and our partners for their trust in our team! Our goal is to further intensify the partnership and move even closer together in order to build on this year’s successes in 2025.
“A big thank you to Porsche Motorsport and those responsible for realizing the constructive discussions for next year.
“We are convinced that, together with our manufacturer Porsche, we will put together a strong package in the highly competitive GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS next season to be able to fight for podium places and victories together!”
