Logan Adams and Chris Clarke swept the weekend as Mustang Cup USA kicked off the season at Sebring International Raceway, and Paolo Salvatore put on impressive performances in the new-for-2026 Mustang Cup Classic class.
In the Miles Cup race, which was cut short due to inclement weather, Adams started from pole position and kept the lead of the race until the end.
Clarke started sixth in the Dark Horse Legends class and made moves early in the race to take the lead.
Adams again led from green to checkered in the Parnelli Cup race.
Starting second, Clarke battled Craig Capaldi for the Dark Horse Legends lead in the early laps of the race, and, after winning the battle, remained in the lead for the rest of the race.
In Mustang Cup Classic, a class for Mustang race cars produced in the 2000s, entrant Salvatore fought hard in both races and got himself in the mix with the Dark Horse R cars.
Mustang Cup USA will be back on track March 27-29, racing as part of the NTT IndyCar Series event weekend at Barber Motorsports Park.
