Revisions Made to “Race to 24,” Set for April 12 Launch

Revisions have been made to the format of “Race to 24,” an online reality show that will put an up-and-coming driver in a race seat with Team SARD-Morand in this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans.

While originally planned to launch during last weekend’s FIA WEC Prologue at Paul Ricard, the show will now premiere on April 12, with only nine episodes instead of the originally announced 12.

Additionally, Morand Racing team principal Benoit Morand will be joined by additional influential people in the motorsports industry as judges for the competition.

Twenty-four drivers, including three Americans (Conor Daly, Brandon Newey and Jonathan Summerton) are slated to take part, as well as Canadian Stefan Rzadzinski, are slated to take part in the competition.

The winner will share the wheel of the No. 43 Team SARD-Morand Morgan Evo LMP2 car with Oliver Webb and Pierre Ragues not only for Le Mans, but also the remaining FIA WEC races on the calendar following the French endurance classic.
