Earl Bamber is out front of the Motul Sepang 12 Hours, with one hour complete in the Intercontinental GT Challenge season finale.

The Porsche factory driver has bridged out a 9-second lead over the No. 9 K-PAX Racing McLaren 650S of Alvaro Parente, after making a move from third to first at the start of the race.

The pole-sitting No. 912 Manthey Racing Porsche 911 GT3 R of Richard Lietz ran third for the majority of the hour, although dropped to fourth after a move by the No. 50 Spirit of Race Ferrari 488 GT3 of Alessandro Pier Guidi just prior to the one-hour mark.

The No. 88 JLOC Lamborghini Huracan GT3 runs fifth overall, with the paid of Phoenix Audis sixth and seventh, after the No. 15 car of Christopher Haase started from the pit lane due to a broken power generator discovered prior to the grid.
