The No. 59 KohR Motorsports Ford Mustang GT4 of Billy Johnson and Luca Mars has lost its podium finish in Saturday’s Virginia is for Racing Lovers Grand Prix at VIR due to a fuel capacity infraction found in post-race technical inspection.

The GS class entry has been moved to last in the finishing order due to the car “failing to meet” the maximum fuel capacity according to a penalty notice issued by IMSA.

It has promoted the No. 877 PF Racing Mustang GT4 of Kyle Marcelli and Sheena Monk to second in class, with the No. 64 Team TGM Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport of Owen Trinkler and Ted Giovanis to third.

PF’s Joey Hand and James Pesek won the two-hour Michelin Pilot Challenge race in a fuel mileage thriller.
