Inter Europol Competition by PR1/Mathiasen Motorsport has revealed its lineup for the Rolex 24 at Daytona, featuring Bronze-rated driver Nick Boulle and former Vanwall Hypercar ace Tom Dillmann.

Boulle and Dillmann will be joined by former single seater racer Clement Novalak and longtime driver Jakub Smiechowski, with the four drivers set to share the cockpit of the No. 52 Oreca 07 Gibson at the Florida endurance classic.

Inter Europol announced a partnership with the Bobby Oergel-led PR1/Mathiasen operation last October as a means of securing a spot on the WeatherTech Championship’s LMP2 grid.

It will mark the Polish-flagged squad’s return to the championship for the first time since 2020, when it competed in the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring and Motul Petit Le Mans.

Dillmann and Novalak, who will both compete in the European Le Mans Series with Inter Europol, are set for their WeatherTech Championship debuts.

“I’m thrilled to be racing this year at the Daytona 24 hours in IMSA with Inter Europol,” former Formula 2 driver Novalak said.

“It was amazing to test with them last year for my first time on American soil, and I’m really looking forward to racing with them.

“I’ve matched well with the boys and girls over at IEC/PR1, and they’ve really helped me out in getting comfortable with the car, so I can’t wait to be back in the car at the Roar.”

Boulle returns to PR1/Mathiasen, which claimed three consecutive LMP2 titles between 2019 and 2021 and a fourth last year, after previously racing prototype machinery in various classes with the team.

He took a PC class win aboard the team’s Oreca FLM09 at Daytona in 2017 and later also raced for the team in 2018 and 2020. His most recent Daytona outing came with FastMD Racing in the LMP3 class last year.

“To say I am super excited to be back racing in the LMP2 class with PR1 Motorsports and the Inter Europol squad is an understatement,” Boulle said.

“Inter Europol brings a lot of knowledge and history to the team for this year, and combining that with PR1 Motorsport’s focus on success, I think, will make for a potent combination.

“I’ve heard nothing but good things about the Inter Europol crew. My first working days with the team will be at the Roar Before the 24, and while it has been some time since I have gotten behind the wheel of a prototype, I think the team will help me get comfortable and back up to pace quickly as we prepare for the Rolex 24 and the season we have ahead together.”
