New Lamborghini Entry for PWC SprintX, Super Trofeo

Mountain Motorsports and Dream Racing have partnered with sports nutrition company 1st Phorm to field a Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo in both Pirelli World Challenge SprintX and Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America competition this year.

The team, to be run under the Dream Racing Motorsport banner, will feature Italian GT championship driver Davide Amaduzzi and 2017 North American Lamborghini Cup runner-up Ryan Hardwick as drivers, beginning with this weekend’s SprintX season-opener at Circuit of The Americas.

It will mark one of five entries that are set to compete for GT Cup honors in the GT class race this weekend.

While a 2017-spec Lamborghini will be entered in PWC, the team will utilize the brand-new Lamborghini Super Trofeo EVO car for the Super Trofeo races with Hardwick as a solo driver.

The Super Trofeo season kicks off at Mid-Ohio in May, in support of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s return to the circuit.
