The provisional entry list for the first round of the European Le Mans Series season, the Four Hours of Silverstone, has been released, with 36 cars set to be on the grid.

ENTRY LIST: 4H Silverstone

Twelve cars will make up the LMP2 grid fighting for the overall win, with five Ligier JS P217 Gibsons, four Oreca 07s and three Dallara P217s.

The SMP Racing-entered Dallara is not present, and having also missed the Prologue last month, its future looks uncertain.

While Olivier Pla went fastest at the Prologue, he won’t take part in the ELMS at Silverstone, as the Frenchman focuses on his FIA World Endurance Championship campaign with Ford Chip Ganassi Racing.

David Zollinger is listed to replace Pla in the IDEC Sport Racing Ligier for the opening round.

The LMP3 class remains the largest in the field, comprising 15 Ligier JS P3 Nissans and two Norma M30s.

The Cool Racing by CPC car which was present at the Prologue is a late addition to the entry and will be driven by Alexandre Coigny and Iradj Alexander.

M.Racing – YMR’s Norma is expected to run at Silverstone, although likely without Gwenael Delomier who was injured testing the car at the Prologue.

Finally, the GTE class is largely unchanged, although the exact lineup of the No. 88 Proton Competition Porsche 911 RSR is still unconfirmed.

Christian Ried, Joel Camathias and Matteo Cairoli will share the sister No. 77 car, while Wolf Henzler is currently the only driver listed in the No. 88 entry.

The ELMS race will once again take place as part of the WEC weekend. Track action will start on Thursday, April 13, with the race on the afternoon of Saturday, April 15.
