New Isotta Fraschini LMH signing Alejandro Garcia will remain with Cool Racing for a second consecutive European Le Mans Series campaign, stepping up to LMP2.

Garcia, who won the LMP3 title in his rookie season teaming with Adrien Chila and Marcos Siebert, will drive the Swiss team’s No. 47 Oreca 07 Gibson alongside two yet-to-be-confirmed co-drivers.

“I am super happy to be part of the team again in 2024,” Garcia said.

“We have already won one championship together and after LMP3 we will try to do the same next year in LMP2 Pro with hard work and dedication.

“The field looks awesome but the Cool Racing team has shown they are able to win races and championships; I will do my best to make it successful in this new class for me.

“I would like to thank my partners and management for setting this exciting program. I can’t wait to be at Barcelona with my teammates!”

The Mexican racer will dovetail his European Le Mans Series commitments with a race seat in the Isotta Fraschini LMH program in the FIA World Endurance Championship.

Garcia, along with Jean-Karl Vernay and a to-be-announced third driver, will pilot the No. 11 Isotta Fraschini Tipo 6 LMH Competizione in the eight-round championship next year.
