Rebellion Reveals Art Car Liveries for 24H Le Mans

Rebellion Racing has unveiled a pair of special liveries for its LMP1-class contenders competing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans next weekend.

The Anglo-Swiss team has partnered with music producer and artist Tomyboy to create the one-off schemes that will adorn the two Rebellion R13 Gibsons in the FIA World Endurance Championship season finale.

The vibrant designs stem from Tomyboy’s art brand, RocketByz, and were revealed at the Circuit de la Sarthe on Sunday. 

“It is so exciting and challenging to introduce our art car and all our new artistic branding in the motorsport playground and make it happen during the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans,” said Rebellion Corporation CEO Calim Bouhadra.

“I hope we will talk about Rebellion Racing not only for this fantastic artistic collaboration but also for our race results.”

The team’s No. 1 car, which will be driven by Andre Lotterer, Neel Jani and Bruno Senna, features a pink, yellow and green fluorescent design on a black base.

Its No. 3 car of Thomas Laurent, Gustavo Menezes and Nathanael Berthon, meanwhile, will carry the same colors on a white base.

The third-in-championship machine also retains the zebra stripe nose pattern that has appeared on Rebellion’s two cars throughout the 2018-19 ‘Super Season’.

Rebellion joins Risi Competizione, JMW Motorsport and Team Project 1 in unveiling special artistic liveries for the race on June 15-16.
