The Japanese manufacturer is on hand at the historic Belgian circuit for a final endurance test with its LMP1 car, ahead of next weekend’s Le Mans Test Day.
Toyota ran the opening two races of the FIA World Endurance Championship in high-downforce trim, with rivals Porsche and Audi outfitting their hybrid-powered LMP1 car in basic Le Mans aero in the most recent round at Spa.
Per FIA World Endurance Championship regulations, LMP1 manufacturers are allowed to have up to three different aero configurations over the course of the season, with minor modifications allowed in each setup.
Only subtle changes in aero are noticed on the photos, although it’s understood a further adjustments have been made to the TS050 Hybrid’s nose for the low-downforce package.
