The grid for the 20th Michelin 24H Dubai has grown to 78 cars, with an updated entry list issued by series organizer Creventic confirming eight additional entries in the headlining GT3 class.
The GT3 field now features 33 cars thanks in large part to the addition of two-car entries from Rinaldi Racing, Sainteloc Racing and Fach Auto Tech fielding Ferrari, Audi and Porsche machinery, respectively.
A third new Ferrari entry comes in the form of IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship regulars Era Motorsport, which is slated to make its GT3 debut at the event with a single Ferrari 296 GT3.
Herberth Motorsport, meanwhile have also added a second Porsche 911 GT3 R alongside the previously confirmed No. 91 car.
One team has dropped off the entry list since July, with Team GP Elite pulling its No. 32 Porsche.
A notable edition to the grid in the GTX class is the arrival of an IRC GT entered by Australian squad DNA Motorsport.
The V8-powered silhouette racer notably won the Invitational class in the Bathurst 12 Hour earlier this year, where it was driven by Adam Hargraves, Daniel Jilesen and Cedric Sbirrazzuoli.
